Twisted Web

Timing: 1.5-3 hours
Participants: 5-20
Professor Peterson is an eccentric genius whose website you and your colleagues found yourself drawn into. But now the fun is over and you need to get back to work. The only problem is that if you exit the site without navigating to the proper page, the professor will plant a nasty virus on your computer.

You and your team must navigate this twisted web[site], full of crpytics and confusion in this fully remote escape room style challenge.
Now, can you calm down, work together, and find and decipher the relevant clues to escape the site? Maybe, but success is far from guaranteed.
What makes ours different from other digital escape rooms unique are two things. First, ours is designed to be highly interactive. It's not as simple as playing an escape room game on ones' own computer. This challenge requires people to use the same tools they use working on virtual teams: Video conferencing, email, text, and instant messaging. Second, we provide the opportunity to pause, reflect, and learn how to improve your team's process and communication to increase your chance of success in the second half, followed by a highly relevant final debrief to take the learnings home.
Virtual Apollo Simulation

Timing: 3-4 hours
Participants: 8-100
Oxygen is running out. Power is running out. Time is running out. Failure is not an option: the astronauts must make it back to earth.
This simulation brings to life aspects of the Apollo 13 mission, and draws parallels to the creative problem solving, teamwork, and communication that allowed the astronauts to survive against all odds.
Your team is divided into two groups: astronauts, and mission control. Each group is facing its own challenges while simultaneously attempting to solve the overarching catastrophic issues that must be resolved in order for the astronauts to return safely.
Virtual Geo Quest

Timing: 2-3.5 hours
Participants: 10-150
In this virtual spin on our physical Geo Quest activity, we use tools like Google Earth and Street View to simulate a live Geocaching experience.
The larger group is broken into smaller teams of 3-4, each navigating together. Each team is trying to find as many hidden containers as they can in an expansive area with a limited time-frame, using cryptic coordinates and picture clues to help get them there.
As you discover caches, you'll likely discover new insights about your teammates. This program can be configured as an all out competition between teams, or a collaboration among multiple teams trying to achieve a greater goal together.
